Welcome to Skill Bridge LLC ("SkillBridge", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, communicating with us, or engaging our staffing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Overview of Services

Skill Bridge LLC provides professional staff augmentation services, helping companies and government clients find vetted remote personnel for roles such as customer support, IT, marketing, development, and more. We source and manage the relationship with the resources provided, while clients receive the benefit of reliable, flexible staffing solutions.

2. Client Engagement

2.1 No User Accounts Required

Currently, users do not need to register or create accounts on our website to access our services. All engagements are handled via direct communication and formal service agreements.

2.2 Trial Offers

We may occasionally offer promotional free trial periods or discounted services. These offers are subject to eligibility and may be revoked or modified at any time at our discretion.

2.3 Monthly Billing

Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement. Payment is typically collected via Zelle or other authorized methods. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.

2.4 Cancellations

Clients may cancel their services at any time with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Use of Resources & Non-Solicitation

By engaging our services, you agree not to directly solicit, hire, or engage any resource provided to you by SkillBridge outside of our platform for a period of 12 months following the end of your engagement with us. Violation of this clause may result in additional fees, legal action, or termination of service without refund.

4. Confidentiality & Communication

All communication with SkillBridge-assigned resources must be conducted using company-approved channels, including company-issued emails (e.g., @skillbridgers.com). Any access to your internal systems or data must be agreed upon and provisioned only to authorized SkillBridge resources.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkillBridge LLC’s responsibility is limited to the vetting and initial placement of personnel. Once resources are engaged by the client, the client assumes full responsibility for management, oversight, and legal compliance.

SkillBridge shall not be liable for:

  • Performance issues beyond the initial qualification

     

  • Indirect or consequential damages

     

  • Unauthorized actions or misconduct by the client or personnel

     

  • Any losses exceeding the service fees paid in the three months prior to a claim

     

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All work product created by SkillBridge resources for a client is the exclusive property of the client, as defined in our Client Services Agreement. SkillBridge retains no claim to client-owned data or deliverables.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by giving written notice in accordance with the applicable contract terms. SkillBridge is not obligated to continue services beyond the last paid billing cycle unless agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms or our service agreements shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
